Product information "Manikin Streetly Tron's 50th Anniversary Collection"
The Streetly Tron's 50th Anniversary Collection is a special sound set for Manikin's Memotron. It celebrates the 50th anniversary of the British Mellotron with 24 new sounds from the archives of Streetly Electronic.
In cooperation with British Mellotron manufacturer Streetly Electronic Manikin created an elaborate sound set with 24 souds from Streetly Electronic's library. They have been copied from the master tapes to the Mellotron's 1/4" inch tape, put into a newly devloped, housing-less "Skellotron" and subsequently recorded from it, giving the sounds the typical melancholic "fairy-tale" feel.
