Modul 4 is a high-end dual headphone amplifier. Both channel strips can process mono or stereo signals. In case the input signal is too strong, it can be attenuated by -6 dB using a toggle switch.
Two modes of operation are available: Dual and Link. In Dual mode, the HP amps can be used independently. With the Link mode active, the inputs of the first channel strip are normalized to the second one. In both modes, it is possible to set the volume separately for each HP amp.
A simple trick allows you to switch between cue and master signals. – Very handy for DJs and live performers. In dual mode, headphones and main signal source are connected to the second HP amp. Then, feed the pre-listening material to the first channel strip. By flipping the mode switch, it is now possible to change between main and cue signals.
