Felix is a buffered signal distributor, which can be used in 1:6 or 2:3 configurations. Each output comes equipped with an attenuator / attenuverter. Alternatively to being used as a multiple, it is possible to employ Felix as a voltage source, emitting signals in the range of either 0 V to +5 V or -5 V to +5 V.
Felix is composed of two multiples with one input and three outputs each. The level of signals emitted by the module can be adjusted via potentiometers. Switches determine, whether the control elements work as attenuators or attenuverters. Felix can be fed with signals ranging from -10 V to +10 V. The connectors are normalized. Therefore, the module is usable as a single multiple with six outputs as well. As long as the user doesn’t plug-in a cable at the left input, the outputs generate voltages in the range of 0 V to +5 V (attenuator mode) respectively -5 V to +5 V (attenuverter mode).
