Kaona Skippy is a polyrhythmic trigger sequencer for Eurorack.
The sequencer provides four independent tracks. You control Skippy with an intuitive interface consisting of joystick, button and display. This is all very fast, especially since there are no sub-menus.
The strengths of this module are overlapping rhythmic patterns based on the different algorithms. For example, there are Euclidean patterns, matrix patterns or rotation, or microtiming. Together with more than two dozen choices (including Chaos, Swing, Gauss, Jazzy, Spin, Tiles), up to 64 creative combinations can be stored.
Per track numerous parameters (BPM, 1-64 steps, random, chaos, running direction etc.) can be changed. Clock-in or clock-out are available for clocking.
