Joranalogue - Route 4

Route 4 by Joranalogue is a dual analog signal router with some helpful normalizations and a lot of potential for creative patching.
The two routing sections follow different ideas. The upper section is a 4-to-1 router and the lower section can route up to 4 signals to one output.
With the 4-to-1 router, any number of the four input channels can be routed to the output when the Solo/Multi switch is set to Multi. In the Solo position, only one input can be routed to the output at a time. Selection is made by sending gates or triggers to the control inputs.
The Gate/Latch switch selects whether the module responds to gates by opening the routing path as long as the gate is held (in Gate position), or if it opens the routing path when a trigger is sent to the corresponding control input, and closes it again only when another trigger is sent to it (in Latch position).
The controls in the lower section of Route 4 operate in the same way as in the upper section. The difference is that the routing options are inverted - here we have a 1-to-4 router.
Route 4 can be used in all sorts of ways, but with the handy normalization of +1V on the unpatched routing inputs, the module is perfect for simple octave shifting of pitch CV, for example.
- The two sections are normalized.
- Routing inputs are equipped with a +1 V normal
- Independent control mode switches

Manual
Albeit their rather austere looks, Joranalogue modules are packed with "new approaches and techniques to the Eurorack platform, making waves in the stagnant waters of analogue synthesis". Worth mentioning is Contour 1, an essential multi-purpose tool.
