Ready to dive deep into stereo granular textures? Multigrain offers immediate access to eight samples simultaneously, running through a sophisticated granular engine designed for serious sonic manipulation. Central to its workflow are the morphable parameter Scenes (A and B per Sound) and the bespoke "Blur" reverb algorithm. Forget basic grain playback; Multigrain lets you intricately shape, layer, pitch, filter, and reverse grain streams derived from standard stereo WAVs (up to 32 seconds). Load them from the front-panel microSD, sample directly via the stereo inputs, or even resample the module's own output on the fly – really splendid stuff for iterative sound design.

The main morph slider at the center is fluid and CV-controllable via a dedicated input with an attenuverter, sitting alongside three other freely assignable CV inputs intended for the granular parameters. Add internal random modulation or lock it all down with clock sync. Dedicated Next, Gate, and Select CV inputs offer great sequencing and performative control over Sound selection and layering. Performance recall is robust, with 48 Projects each containing 48 Presets, letting you swap entire configurations and sample sets instantly – fantastic for more complex setups or for extended live sets. Beyond just loading samples, Multigrain invites hands-on sound creation. Grab audio directly into the module, leverage the 32-second always-listening buffer to capture unexpected moments, or meticulously craft your source material using the advanced trimming UI.

The module also comes packed with an included 32GB card with exclusive Projects from artists like Richard Devine, Speedy J, Taylor Deupree, and Red Means Recording — plus hundreds of megs of additional material from the Intellijel crew, giving you plenty to mangle right out of the box.
