Intellijel’s Morgasmatron is much more than “just” a dual MS-20 filter clone. The successor of the Korgasmatron 2 features even more precisely tuned multimode circuits, expanded Xfade functionality, overhauled soft-clipping and Q-drive sections, a new overdrive design as well as ring modulation capabilities. Its sound repertoire is gigantic. The Morgasmatron’s basic character varies from clean and precise to brutal and distorted.
Features:
- Analog self-oscillating, crossfading, six-mode dual filter.
- Three FM inputs for each filter: One with 1V/OCT pitch tracking, one with a unipolar attenuator, and one with a bipolar attenuverter.
- Serial or Parallel signal flow.
- Overdrive distortion modelled after the Proco Rat guitar pedal.
