Be your own instrument! The Instruments Of Things SOMI-1 Kit motion sensor wearable turns your movements into sounds.

SOMI-1 is a MIDI controller for the wrist that allows performers, musicians and dancers to make music through movements. It consists of Bluetooth® motion sensors and a receiver hub.

SOMI-1 can be used with software and hardware synths and offers direct integration into Ableton Live. By connecting the SOMI-1 receiver hub to the computer via USB and activating MIDI control within Ableton's MIDI preferences, parameters of VSTs or effects can be physically controlled and changed using the SOMI-1 motion sensors. This can be used to open filters or trigger drum sounds via hand movements, for example. Various configurations of the control modes are available, which either individually or jointly affect the parameters selected for control.

SOMI-1 comes with an editor, user-friendly pre-built soundscapes and Ableton Live preset projects, ready to be used by anyone straight out of the box.
