The FLAME µQMCV 4Voice is a very compact polyphonic MIDI-CV interface with 1V/oct, gate and velocity CV per voice and additional modulation, pitchbend and clock outs.

Four Midi to CV channels, each with Gate, Note, Velocity
Five modes are available:
4-way polyphonic (all on the same MIDI channel)
3x polyphonic + 1x monophonic (2 different MIDI channels)
2x in two voices (2 different MIDI channels)
1x in two voices and 2x monophonic (3 different MIDI channels)
4x monophonic (4 different MIDI channels)
Additionally there are:
Two gate outputs for midi clock run and 1/16 beat
Two additional controller CV outputs for modwheel and pitchbend
MIDI input and THRU (TRS MIDI B standard)
