Dannysound - Looping VCADSR
- Order number: 220561
- Depth: 25
The Looping VC-ADSR from Dannysound is a 4 stage envelope generator that produces a CV controllable loopable envelope.
The module is based on the ENVGEN 8C project by Electric Druid and also uses an ED microcontroller. All envelope parameters (attack, decay, sustain, release and level) can be individually controlled by CV. It operates in three different modes (Normal Envelope, Gated Looping Envelope, and Looping Envelope). When the envelope is looped, all 5 knobs affect the output. While Attack and Decay work as you would expect, the Sustain control determines the minimum voltage to which the Decay portion of the envelope decays. The Release knob controls the release time from the end of the sustain period to the beginning of the next cycle. When Sustain is set to 0, the Release knob inserts a delay between the attack and decay cycles. In normal envelope mode, the Sustain CV input can be used with an LFO source to add amplitude modulation that gradually increases as the envelope transitions from the attack/decay portion of the envelope to the sustain portion. The Level CV can be used for amplitude modulation or to control velocity sensitivity via CV.
Features:

- Three operating modes (normal, gated loop, constant loop)
- Works with gate signals from +5V to +12V
- CV output range 0V to +10V
