The Cosmotronic Cosmix Pro is an eight-channel stereo mixer and successor of Cosmix, with a wide range of additional features.
Like its predecessor Cosmix, the Cosmix Pro has 4 mono and 2 stereo inputs. In addition, there is a mono aux bus and an additional (true) stereo aux path for all channels, with a dedicated mono and stereo return. Each channel has a panning control, can be muted clickless with a large push button, and has an individual visualization of the channel output level. A low-cut switch (-3dB @80 Hz / -6dB @45 Hz) can be found in each of the mono channels, while in the stereo channels an optional boost of +18dB ensures compatibility when integrating external line-level devices. In addition, the two stereo channels have CV inputs for voltage-controlled panning. On the rear panel, there is a daisy-chain option for linking several Cosmix Pro units or other mixers/expanders.
