Chase Bliss - Audio - Mood
Two-channel intuitive granular-based microlooper/delay, created in collaboration with by Chase Bliss with pedal specialists Old Blood Noise Endeavors (USA) and David Rolo from Belgium (Drolo FX). Provides distinctive Oneohtrix Point Never-like sounds.
OBNE created the effects side of this pedal called the "Spatial Channel". It has the switchable modes reverb, delay and slip (change of playback speed and/or direction).
Drolo FX developed the Loop Channel, which records permanently in bypass mode and loops the last recorded phrase when activated. The flavors to choose from are Env (loop slicer), Tape (speed and direction) and Stretch (part of the loop is stretched immediately). Both modes can be switched differently to each other so that, for example, the looped material disappears into dense spaces or endlessly delayed granular spheres end up in a wildly branching endless loop maze. The Clock pushes conventional creative boundaries even further, changing the sample rate for recording and playback of both channels simultaneously depending on the loop length. In addition Mood features full MIDI control, detailed dip-switch options and storable presets.
