Video: Bitwig Connect 4/12 at SchneidersLaden – brining Software and Hardware together

On April 10, 2025, we hosted a workshop with Bitwig in Berlin to introduce Bitwig's latest product innovation: Bitwig Connect 4/12. Presented by Fredrik Larsson (aka Krumelur), the event showed how the new device works seamlessly with Bitwig Studio and modular synthesizers, providing a unified solution for producers and artists. 

The Bitwig Connect 4/12 is not just an audio interface. It is a class-compliant, CV- and MIDI-capable device with 4 inputs and 12 outputs that combines audio and CV interfaces, monitor control and DAW functions. Its special Bitwig mode enables intuitive control of Bitwig Studio parameters, making tasks such as automation and timeline navigation more tangible and responsive. 

Attendees learned first-hand how Connect 4/12 bridges the gap between software and hardware, facilitates seamless communication with CV-enabled equipment and enhances live performance setups.
