AJH Synth - Triple Cross Xfader and Panner
- Order number: 230277
- Depth: 26
The AJH Triple Cross Xfader and Panner is the offspring from a collaboration between Ian Boddy and AJH. Running these (inverted) in parallel or in series generates myriads of interesting combinations.
The module offers three independent crossfader and panner channels with multiple configuration options. The CV inputs are capable of operating at audio rate and therefore offer interesting ring modulation and cross modulation options. Each of the channels of the AJH Triple Cross XFader and Panner can be configured in one of four different ways:
- One In, One out Linear VCA
- Two in, One out crossfader
- One in, Two out panner
- Two in, Two out cross fader & reversing panner combined
The outputs L1 and L2 are normalised to channel 3’s inputs, which have their own attenuators to adjust the signal strength of incoming signals. This allows very interesting, complex fading and panning between four different input sources, to either Mono or Stereo outputs.

Triple Cross Xfader and Panner @AJH Synth
Allan "J" Hall started tinkering with electronics already at the age of 12 and after servicing classic analog synths for a while, he founded his own brand in Bournemouth, located in the south coast of England. His first run of Minimoog-clone modules were largely well received and Allan continues now expanding his catalogue with well thought-out original designs.
